Cubmaster

The Cubmaster is appointed by the committee chairman and is the adult responsible for working directly with the Scouts to help them create the program for the Pack. The Cubmaster trains leaders to run the Pack by providing direction, coaching, and support.

Ken Decoteau

Pack Committee Chairman

The unit committee chair is appointed by the chartered organization and registered as an adult leader of the BSA. The unit committee chairman appoints and supervises the unit committee and unit leaders.

Charlie Ferguson

Pack Executive Officer

Pack Executive Officer acts as a lesion between the pack and the chartered   organization. Pack executive will assist in relationship building and assist in maintaining a positive rapport between the two groups with collaboration with committee chairman & Cubmaster.
